Preaching to the Choir

I feel like I need to expand my circle of influence. For the most part, my friends on Facebook and I hold the same political views. We are tired of the spending, the blaming, the name-calling. My goal here is not to offend anyone, but rather to inform you of what is really going on before it is too late to save the greatest country on earth. I read a lot and listen to talk radio. The lamestream media are not telling us the truth. They are giving us what they want us to know, and no more.

Think about it like this. Take your personal economy, for example. If you did not make enough money to pay your bills, what would you do? Would you go out and borrow more money-that you wouldn't be able to pay back-or would you cut your expenses and take on a second job to make ends meet? I don't know about you, but I would do the latter. Why does it make sense for the Federal Government to borrow money that it not be able to pay back and will have to seize from it's citizens, some of whom are not even born yet?

In my opinion, that makes no sense what-so-ever. My dad, who is an Obama supporter, always told me..."If your outgo exceeds your income, your upkeep will be your downfall." Why does that not apply to government?

I ran across a brilliant article last night that I am going to link to this post. Feel free to pass it along to everyone you know.
